Please read our terms and conditions before booking your tour
1. Service Agreement
Victoria Private Tours agrees to provide luxury private transportation and tour services as described in your booking confirmation. All tours are subject to weather conditions and road safety. We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to your tour date receive a full refund. Cancellations 3-6 days prior incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 3 days are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.
3. Liability & Safety
Clients assume all risks associated with participation in tours. Victoria Private Tours is not responsible for personal injuries, lost items, or damage to personal property during tours. All clients must comply with safety instructions provided by our chauffeur at all times.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests must treat our vehicles and staff with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated, disruptive, or violates our conduct standards. Any damage caused by guests will be charged to the booking party.
5. Age Requirements for Wine Tours
Wine tasting activities are restricted to guests 18 years of age and older. Younger guests may participate in wine region tours but will not be permitted to partake in wine tastings. Valid ID may be required at wineries.
