How do I book a tour?
Simply fill out our online booking form with your preferred date, tour type, group size, and any special requests. We’ll confirm your booking within 24 hours. You can also call us directly to discuss custom itineraries.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7+ days before your tour receive a full refund. Cancellations 3-6 days prior are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 3 days are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance for maximum protection.
Can I customise the itinerary?
Absolutely! All our tours are fully customisable. We work with you to design an itinerary that matches your interests, pace, and preferences. Whether you want to add attractions, adjust timing, or create something entirely bespoke, we’re here to make it perfect.
Do you offer group tours?
We specialise in private tours for groups of all sizes. Whether it’s a corporate team, family reunion, or celebration, we provide personalised service tailored to your group’s needs. Larger groups benefit from our competitive group rates.
What's included in the tour price?
Our tour price includes luxury vehicle transport, professional chauffeur service, and itinerary planning. Meals, wine tastings, attraction entry fees, and accommodation are typically separate (though we can arrange these as part of a custom package). We provide a detailed quote before booking.
Is there a minimum age for wine tours?
Participants must be 18+ to taste wine at wineries. Younger guests are welcome on wine region tours but won’t participate in tastings. Families can enjoy other attractions in the region while adults enjoy wine tastings.
